How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSlsecure web page, Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit cardprovider's network (shopify Payment), where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Yourcredit card information is not stored on our servers
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order
Canluse several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discountsunless stated otherwise.
How do l track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you willreceive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay,) and PayPalpayments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit cardpayments,or cash on delivery.
How dol change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or anyportion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation orafter the credit card has been authorized. lf the credit card has already been authorized for thepurchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30%of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later)as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can l change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has beenprocessed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead ofyour vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will havethe package on hold.

Is my order eligible for free shipping?
A free shipping option is available for all orders. Your order will be shipped using expressshipping.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) and shipped the next day. However, during peak times, such as high order volumes or special holidays, processing may take up to 4 business days. We do not ship on weekends. If you haven’t received tracking confirmation within 5 business days of completing your payment, please contact us.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped using express shipping. Depending on where you live, packages aredelivered within 7~15days from the date of shipment.

The prices displayed on our site are tax/customs included
What is your return policy?
If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Be sure to reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your return request, and if approved, we will provide further instructions.
For a list of items that are final sale, please refer to our return policy. All returns must be in their original condition, with intact packaging.
However, this does not include changes of mind or products that show signs of wear and use.
What if the item(s)lreceived is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that isincorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s)and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve yourcase as soon as possible.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 2-7 business days from the day we receive your return. We willemail you to confirm once your return has been processed.
When will l receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. lf you paid by credit or debit card,refunds will be sent to the card-issuina bank within 7-10 business davs of receiot of the returneditem or cancellation request.
